I traveled with my 14 year old son and we don’t have one complaint! The walk to Ventus and El Cid was not too bad and they have carts to transport you if you get tired of walking. We spent most of our time at Ventus and El Cid as there was more to do. The roof top bars at Ventus Ha were really nice. The ocean isn’t great but it didn’t bother us as there are so many pools to choose from between the 3 resorts. The food was amazing!! And so many restaurants to choose from.
We will be going back next year again for sure.

I liked es the people at the front desk and people who works here
Hotel is getting older … a refresh will be needed soon. At the price this hotel is now, we should expect a little bit more about the buildings
