"The staff we encountered at Reception were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed being greeted at the door each time we entered the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, well cooked, loved the scrambled egg. Shame there were no cooked tomatoes. Everything was really tasty though. Clean everywhere."

"I came in from a red eye flight as a solo1st time visitor to Dublin and the staff were all so kind and helpful. Allowing me to store my bag prior to checkin, giving me walking maps, hop on hop off bus info, selling me an adapter to charge my phone in there ample lobby space. Room was also lovely."
