"Penny was a fabulous host to us- the property was clean and well- situated, we were very comfortable. The location for us was convenient as well- quiet neighborhood, scenic views, close to our friends' home. A note for other travelers- the drive up involves some tight turns, so be prepared. That said, the destination is worth the climb! We had no issues at all. She was as accommodating as could be, and we will gladly stay with her again. Thank you Penny! "

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"We were told to stay at Grasse because it was quaint and not busy like Nice. Apartment for bed and breakfast was acceptably clean but bed was very hard and there were no fly screens on windows to keep out mosquitoes. Breakfast was adequate but we noticed owner had left dried fruit overnight in anticipation of breakfast. Path to and from Grasse was poorly lit.
