The hotel keeps mentioning again and again soundproofing in the description of the rooms and amenities, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. "The staff at the hotel is absolutely amazing and helpful. I arrived late at night due to a delayed flight. The hotel was already closed and only had night check in, the members of the staff were having dinner outside and they took the time to walk me to my room. "I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. "We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and hotel were truly exceptional. Our only suggestion for improvement is the air conditioning in our room, which struggled to cool below 25 degrees. This made it challenging for our 10-month-old baby to sleep comfortably at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!"

"The staff is very nice, their english is great, the room is spacious, the bathroom is great (big tub, bide), lots of amenities included in the price, pool water temperature warmer then in any hotel I have been at, saunas always working, jacuzzi warm and controled by guests (jets not preprogrammed), breakfast selection and airplane bar - excellent! Our two objections for the family room were: - the toilet, which was separated from the bedroom ONLY by a sliding door (while you have a normal door for the walk-in closet) - four people in the room, but only two spoons, forks, knives etc. in the kitchen All in all, I recommend this hotel and I recommend visiting Graz!"

"I absolutely loved that it was walking distance to town . The property inside was beautiful every room was unique in its own way . The sauna and red light room was so relaxing especially after a long walk in the winter month . Breakfasts in the morning was fresh they made sure that we were all done before they closed the buffet . Fresh food was served when we came . Couldn’t ask for a better in this city."

"My daughter and I loved our stay in this hotel. Great location, a few tram stops from the main station, quiet at night although located in the central. The receptionist was nice and helpful .Breakfast was amazing too. Junior suite was spacious and had a nice view of the river. It would be better if there were more staff at breakfast."
