"This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. "The location of the home was perfect - walkable to the city core but far enough away for quiet and privacy. Sweeping views of the Mont Blanc massif out the front door. House/chalet was small but generally comfortable. I cannot overstate how tiny the upstairs feels, however.
