The room was very exciting! New, big, propper. The hotel is very far from the center but we had a car and could travel to the center by car. At the departure we had to leave the hotel at 08:00 in the morning. Breakfast starts at 08;00 and we asked on arrival if it would be possible to receive a coffee before. Therefor we had to pay EUR 4,20. Maybe the hotel manager should consider if this is a good idea....

Let me start by saying Irini, Peter, and Yanis are amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I only had one issue and Peter helped me with it immediately. I would highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern apartment with two balconies with a view of the mountains. Grocery store and Jumbo two streets down. Bus stop very close with buses taking you to Old Town and Amadoura beach. You can walk to Koules Fort and the Old Town by walking along the ocean too! I highly recommend this apart-hotel for a short or long stay for its great location, excellent staff and very comfortable furniture.

Angela was an excellent host, and helped us with all kinds of information during our 3 day stay. Our Executive Suite was massive and beautiful! It’s just a few blocks from the city bus stop that takes you to the bustling center of town or anywhere else you want to go. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!!

The apartment hotel is a new building in a suburban residential area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant called Brothers nearby which serves gyros and other Greek meals and is frequented by locals. There is a mini mart and a couple of bakeries as well on the same street. There is ample street parking so it is a good location for those renting vehicles to explore Crete. We visited Knossos and Matala Beach but did not have time to visit the Old Town of Heraklion. Highly recommend this lodging.

Business and leisure stay

Stay was work/conference for 3 days and 4 days holiday.room was very good studio type flat.Reception staff were very helpful.The building is very modern looking and surrounded by everyday flats and some derelict looking areas but this is typical Crete.Felt very safe walking about.20 minute walk into city.Taxi base not far away so would arrive within 3 or 4 minutes.AB supermarket maybe 200 metres away plus lots of local smaller shops and cafes nearby on main road into city centre.For the price it was good quality and clean.There was a little cafe and breakfast area.Didnt use it but looked nice.I would definitely stay again

It was a 7/10. I wasn’t happy about them saying if I got anything on the sheets or towels then I will have to pay for it. There was some issues with getting a hold of the front desk for a few amenities however overall it was fine.
