We had the most perfect stay at Villa Eros, it was a perfect break for me and my husband after getting married on the island the week before. The villa was so beautiful with everything we could need. It was so quiet and relaxing! We will definitely be back!

Stunning villa…everything you would want for a wonderful holiday.
Villa Eros lives up to its reviews and billing. It is so peaceful and secluded in a stunning location. Everything you might need is nearby with a few excellent restaurants. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The welcome pack is thought through, so much so that we didn’t need to shop immediately. Although we didn’t need to contact Katie while we were there, during the booking process she was so helpful adding extra information to make sure that we had everything we might need. She was always prompt with her reply and very kind and thoughtful. We would highly recommend a stay here!

Villa Eros is a fantastic location to relax and unwind in true luxury. A great outdoor space topped off with the magnificent views from the infinity pool. Inside the villa gives a real home from home feeling with some lovely personal touches. Overall 5 stars and I’m sure we’ll be back!

On arrival, we didn't even make it into the villa, but were stopped in our tracks by the view and the location - absolutely perfect. From the very first contact, right through to departure, the owner and maintenance team were brilliant - we had probably our best holiday ever (and we've travelled right round the world) and we will definitely be back. The pictures (which always seem made up in these things) don't do this villa justice. This is a must-do place for quiet relaxation. If you want lively nightlife on the doorstep, fuelled by Watneys Red Barrel - forget it! It's only a short drive to plenty of restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets and beaches, but it's fair to say you wouldn't choose to walk it on a hot day...

The greatest view from the most romantic Villa
Even before we arrived we knew this holiday was going to be something special... We wasn’t disappointed. All the communication , help and recommendations we received from Katie even before we arrived helped make this holiday an experience we’ll never forget. The villa ... The welcome basket ... The privacy ... The pool ... The view ... Oh the view ... from your bed ... from the outside dining table ... from your sun lounger or from the outside sofa ... morning, noon or night it’s a view that you could never tire from a view that only seeing is believing. Everything about the Villa honestly is perfection. Away from the villa we walked into Skala town each night ... takes around 1 hour ... all downhill and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend hiring a car for Airport transfers , supermarket runs and trips out though. Skala town has so many quality bars and restaurants... We took up Katie’s recommendations... fabulous Greek tavernas serving authentic Greek cuisine... we didn’t have one bad meal.... thank you . I must admit it is with a bit of reluctance that I write this review because I want to keep this place all to myself ... but Katie and the villa deserve your custom. Two things to finish though ... Thank you so much and see you again in 2021 ;-) x

Idyllic, recommend unreservedly!
Words cannot truly do this property and it’s location justice. The location is idyllic and very peaceful, the main sound being the occasional tinkling of cow bells that are on the sheep and goats in the hills. We were looking for a lovely property and location and this surpassed all our expectations! Katie has thought of everything to make it a stylish/ comfortable home from home and goes over and above to make your stay perfect. The landscaping and privacy of this villa is exceptional and we felt looking at all the other villas in the area, that this was the most private and colourful with the well thought out landscaping. I thought about asking Katie to design my garden in the UK! The location of this villa is perfect as it is very close to Scala and not a long drive to the main centre of Kephalonia and the lovely sandy beaches that are known for their turtle sightings. I could go on but all I can really say to sum this villa and it’s location up is....words speak louder than actions and little Eros is so perfect that although we only flew back yesterday, we have booked to go again. We never tend to go back to the same place twice and this has been our ethos travelling the world for many years but there is an exception to every rule and Eros is it! You will not regret booking to stay here for numerous reasons. Thanks for everything Katie and giving us the opportunity to have the most relaxing holiday we have ever had.

Wonderfully quiet location with spectacular views for the ultimate in relaxation
We needed a quiet spot to recharge our batteries and Villa Eros was certainly that! From the moment we arrived to the super welcome pack we relaxed. The pool provided the perfect tranquil view over the sea, allowing us to indulge in reading, sun bathing and cooling off in the perfect temperature of the water. Located at the end of the well made road (albeit not for the faint-hearted with its sometimes steep drops), the villa was located 15 minutes from the bustle of Scala and the perfect tranquil sandy beaches of Mounda and Kaminia. We recommend an early morning dip in the perfectly still waters followed by breakfast on the beach and a delicious coffee in the taverna. Kato Katelios is a gorgeous small village with beach-side tavernas for everyone's taste. We enjoyed two wonderful boat trips with Valsamis cruises from Poros (25 minutes drive away). Christos and the property management team were quick to respond when the local electricity failed! Overall the accommodation is top class with all the facilities to self-cater or the option to indulge at many lovely tavernas, plus the beauty of local hills accessible direct from the villa and the fun of wild goats and the gentle sound of the sheep's bells. A highly recommended spot for a get away - even in the high season.

We arrived at Villa Eros to find the most beautiful house, exceeding all expectations in terms of high quality of finishes both internal and external, well thought design throughout, fully equipped with all mod coms and breathtaking views from every corner and window of this private, secluded, corner of paradise...we loved our stay so much, we are sure to go back. The history of Old Scala is impressive and moving, the locals are friendly and welcoming, most food served is sourced locally. We loved everything about our stay at Villa Eros.

We had a wonderful week (wish we had booked 2 weeks!) Beautiful villa in an unspoilt area, perfect for walking. We walked from the villa to Poros across the mountains catching a bus back to scala then walking back up to the villa. The villa was perfectly placed to explore the southern half of the island. A little piece of heaven on earth!
We stayed here for a week in June and it was totally gorgeous, totally private and totally peaceful. The directions to the villa from the airport were great, making it very easy to find and the pool looked so inviting when we arrived that it wasn’t long before we were jumping in and admiring the gorgeous views across the hills and beyond to the sea. Absolutely stunning! The villa itself is just as good as the photos (which isn’t always the case sometimes!) and was extremely comfortable. You have thought of everything and my partner remarked that if he could build a house for us back home then it would be just like Villa Eros! I loved the colour scheme, the furnishings and the little touches such as the pictures of Eros - and the satellite TV was great seeing as we were there on election night (we wouldn’t normally watch TV on holiday!). The welcome pack was brilliant and very comprehensive. We loved the bread, cheese and tomatoes especially - delicious! The guide to the villa and surrounds was very helpful and we did the suggested walk one morning and visited a couple of the tavernas recommended. We would love to come back again in the future. It is a little piece of heaven on earth! Thank you so much for making our holiday so special.

Peace and tranquility in abundance, a week of perfect relaxation.
Villa Eros didn't disappoint from the pictures on the website, it is so beautiful. The patio area and infinity pool have the most mesmerizing views. The villa is situated up in the mountains and the peace and quite is just unbelievable, perfect for a secluded quiet break. I would recommend hiring a car as the villa is isolated, but it will give you the freedom to discover the Island. The local taverna is about a 5 minute drive from the villa and has amazing views and Skala the nearest town (including a supermarket) and beach is about a 15 minute drive. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday within beautiful settings then Villa Eros will be the perfect place for you. I can't wait to return next year.

Wer Ruhe, Erholung, einen fantastischen Blick, die schönsten Sonnenaufgänge und ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit Pool sucht - der ist hier genau richtig. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Ende Oktober. Strahlender Sonnenschein jeden Tag, die ganze Woche lang. 24 Grad. Das Wasser im Pool 19 Grad am Morgen - fürs Aufwachen. Viele Blüten auf dem Anwesen. Als Geräusche nur das Zwitschern des Rotkehlchens und zwei Mal am Tag die Glocken der vorbeiziehenden Schafe. Es hätte schöner nicht sein können.

Pool is in the middle of the view the terrace is spacious and the barbeque is adequate. Beach is 10 min by car the village of skala has everything one needs.
