"It is a large hotel, conveniently located. The hotel has restaurants on the property plus several within walking distance. On the negative side, the hotel interior is rather old and showing its age. The lobby is often crowded and noisy."

"Location is great since near to everything, reception was nice as well. I had a problem of AC the sound was ao noisy that you can't start it and problem was not solved , also the window was not sealed some nois and air pass through and is not nice since it was so cold. Room service is great and every day clean"

"All good, pretty much matched expectations of a standard UK 4 star for a short stay. Clean and well priced given the location Only negatives were a complete lack of plug sockets (3) in a double room, all of which were well away from the beds. Not exactly convenient when everyone now has a mobile phone, iPad, laptop etc… Bring an extension lead! Also, air con couldn't be turned off but the reality is this is the same in most hotels. Furthermore, when I paid via contactless/Apple Pay it...

"A very convenient property a 5 minute ride from Windsor. Easy check-in, clean and comfy room. Lovely breakfast and not extortionate price for bar. However bad bits were that the heating in room was not blowing out warm air. When i went to reception the night manager Joe was very apologetic and brought a portable radiator to our room. So all good. On the whole a nice hotel and would stay again. "
