Catawba House was designed around entertaining! Your group will love the ability to spread out & enjoy the screened porch w/ TV, game room, large living & dining rooms, renovated kitchen, work space & fenced yard for the pups. 3 bedrooms are on the main level including 1 spacious king suite, another king suite is upstairs- all w/ blackout curtains! 6 HDTVs, 350mbps Wi-Fi, Netflix, cable TV, coffee station & more!

Central to sporting facilities, venues, universities, attractions & downtown.
The space
Upon entering our home, you are met with the foyer and office area. The dining room is off the foyer with the game room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms to the right.

Walk through the dining room and you'll find the kitchen and breakfast nook. Continue straight to the living room and screened porch. There is a king suite off the living room with an attached bathroom. The additional king suite is located up the stairs between the kitchen and living room.

You will have full access to the property with the exception of a few locked owner's closets.

Fantastic Family Holiday Stay
I can't say enough about how wonderful this property was for our family holiday stay! Great location....spacious accommodations for 8 including an infant. We also had a small pup with us so the fenced in back yard was perfect. There was nothing that we needed that was not provided for. It was also nicely decorated for the holidays. A wonderful treat! Host was quickly responsive to all our questions. We will be back!

Plenty of space
The house was clean and we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was nice. I have celiac and need to prepare my own food with my own equipment and I was able to do that easily.

First Impression: Fabulous!
We stayed at Catawba House for our son’s wedding. This house was above and beyond all expectations! Spotlessly clean and had everything needed for our family of 10, including a crib and toys for our grandchildren. The house is beautifully decorated and has a great supply of linens, comfortable beds and a wonderful screened in patio where we had great conversations and lots of laughs! Our host was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our questions. We will definitely stay here again and give it a 10/10!
