"My friend with her girls and mother stayed with me here and we used it for our home base for a week long stay for the Bluegrass Jam Camp and festival in Richmond. It worked so well for us! Because it's over a bar/restaurant the kids could be as loud and jump around as much as they wanted! The unit is well stocked, and when we ran out of towels and TP Pat the property manager washed them all and brought them back quickly. "The property and owner were both spectacular. Jamie responded quickly and kindly to all my emails and was more than accommodating. I never felt that I was a bother at all! Hygge Hus is very charming, cozy and has everything you need for a great stay. We had rainy days while we were there but with the pool table, plenty of board games to play and a comfortable place to hangout we were able to make the best of it.
