"Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. "Great location and easy access, lots to do close by. Hotel was clean and bar area well set up for good and watching sports. Reception was manual but staff on standby to help and assist. Room was clean and tidy however not much wardrobe space as there wasn’t one with only a rail for clothing, bed was ok for a short stay but a bit too hard and uncomfortable for any longer. Overall would stay again and worth the money."
