"Housekeeping would let themselves into the room while my wife would be sleeping, waking her up and yelling at her about pizza boxes from the night before. There is no Do Not Disturb sign available. They would throw away snacks that haven't been finished and complained about having to remake the beds. The older woman on the housekeeping team gave my wife, who has back problems, a broken broom, half her height, and yelled at her, making her sweep the carpet. "
