"I want to acknowledge the extraordinary kindness I experienced from your staff at check in and the massage staff in the health spa. One of my close relations had to cancel at the last minute due to a serious health condition. When i shared this information with Jana at check in and Charlotte in the massage department they were extremely understanding and kind. I felt really supported and appreciated their help. I want to pay tribute to both of these members of staff for their generosity and kindness.
