"Property was cute and unique. We enjoyed our stay. There was 2 adults and 3 children (5, 3 and 2 yr old) loft in living room was great for older child. We brought playpens for the younger ones to sleep in as the property description said they didn’t offer kid cots/beds. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again. My only suggestion would be having some extra items in the kitchen like extra garbage bags (there was only one in the trash can no extras to replace it) some paper towel or kitchen...

"Ich bin zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist genial, vor allem mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Die Wohnung entsprach dem Inserat und war sauber. Preis / Leistung stimmt. Gerne wieder!"

"We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"WOW! Sabine and Reinhard have been wonderful! Apartment is great and very comfy. English/French/German you’ll love talking with these two kind souls when you need any assistance. You are only 30mn away from downtown Friedrichshafen (La Perla Ristorante is excellent btw) We’d stay there again in an heartbeat! Thank you very much Sabine and Reinhard"

"I originally booked this property from May 19 - Friday May 24, 2024 at a much lower price which the owner cancelled because he said he had not figured in the 2024 prices. I had already let him know we were coming from California for a family reunion in Germany with my husband’s family. I had no choice but to rebook this property adding 1 day for checkout at a new significantly higher price. That is not the worst of it. Our German family are extremely clean people. "This is a wonderful apartment in a delightful town. It is biking and swimming heaven. The apartment is spacious, light and airy, and even though the weather was very hot it stayed cool. Great hotel

"We checked in very late and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, no fridge but they did have an ice machine. No real aircon to speak of so would probably be hot in the summer. Breakfast was great and parking was 10-15 euros. Hotel isn’t close to anything but great for what we needed. Very happy with our stay. "

Fantastic place and very helpful staff

"Fantastic place, with excellent all over service and morning restaurant. The hotel is placed central in Friedrichshafen, and close to everything. Even Though we were on the train station, you couldn't hear the trains ore any other trafic, so perfect place, if you want to explore Bodensee. All the Staff are very friendly, speek english and fantastic helpful, if you ahve questions. We drive electrical car, and it's possible to recharge your car in the basement. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "
