I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to...."
