"Stayed five nights with husband and two teenagers. Chose due to spa facilities which were excellent. A short Uber ride from the Old Town. It was January so hotel and other restaurants on the complex were quiet so only had a pre dinner drink in the hotel before heading to Old town for dinner. Hotel staff were friendly and informative. "Prices from this hotel had gone up and up, but quality of the breakfast went done, also staff in the breakfast/restaurant was so unfriendly, not a "good morning" from the young staff. The just pretty much talk to you to ask room number. Also, even with pre-booking of the parking space, there was no control from reception of my reservation of parking lot. Because of this, really consider to try other hotels in the same area."

"We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate."

"Id like to say this was a real find but Id read the reviews and was confident this would be a great place to stay. Quiet, convenient for everything and a short walk into the old town, The hotel room was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast was fresh tasty and plentiful. A special mention for the staff on reception - so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again. If you dont want the pool, spa huge restaurant this is a 5* hotel in our opinion"

A lovely place to stay.

"Staff at reception were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean and modern. We stayed for a few nights around my partners birthday and on her birthday we came back to the room to find some local vodka and glasses with a lovely message. The hotel is in a perfect location for the old town/main square and also for the pickup point for the excursions. We will be coming again in May! "

Glad we booked here!

"Booked a couple of rooms for the family, everyone loved it! Arrived in a few hours earlier than check-in time from Zakopane, our first room was ready and the second one was ready within an hour. Super friendly staff, everyone was very amicable and polite. Rooms were spacious, more on the classical/elegant style, very practical and comfortable. Great location, it's a five minute walking distance to Stare Miasto. Pool area was good too. Steam room, sauna and jacuzzi and massages available. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"Perfectly situated on the central square. A recently renovated hotel so everything was in good order. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Small lift was helpful. Staff were courteous and welcoming."

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
