I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and there are many options for eating . It has parking which is a major plus. Maybe if the beds were a bit softer would be better. But overall, good experience.

property needs a renewal work. Shower water pressure is weak, hot water is not hot enough. Needs to have a chair in the room, no use if only a desk. Heater is cold. Casino keeps me busy for a little. Staff is good. May not stay here for the value.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. Staff is very attentive, anytime of the day or night. Hotel is located near downtown Guasave, few blocks from the mercado where you can find from fresh cooked Mexican food, clothes, fruits, home goods, make up, hats, anything. There is an OXXO at the corner. Laundry service was great!

Rundown hotel
It’s not worth the price. Outdated hotel. The worst, stained and smelly pillows. Not even mild hot water in the shower, and cold water only in the sink. Sink was clogged and asked the front desk to take care of, but they didn’t.
