"It is exactly as the photos show. I arrived late, was walked to the hut (I guess that’s what you’d call it), and I admit I was skeptical of how well I’d be able to sleep with no walls to keep the bugs out. No bugs bothered me at all. In Texas you’d have thousands of mosquitoes, and flying insects but here, none. The singing of the tree frogs in the forest put me to sleep and I slept better than I have in at least a year. "The home was lovely, comfortable and very clean with many nice touches. The country mountain side location was safe and peaceful. At night we were serenaded by crickets and coquis! We would highly recommend if your looking for a place to stay in Utuado."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "

"My family really enjoyed our stay in Jayuya. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were kind and helpful. The area was quiet and easy to get around, also close to a lot of interesting places like Taino petroglyphs, Canyon Blanco, etc. it was probably our favorite spot in PR."

"We rented this property for a weekend getaway for four couples of friends to have a nice countryside, in the middle of the island mountain retreat and was exactly what we were expecting. Actually, it was even better than what we expected since the constant sound of the river and the fire pit were two positives attributes of this property we were not expecting. Alberto, the host, was very accessible, friendly, and he treat us like family."

"Beautiful home set in the hills with no visual neighbours. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Big covered veranda, big rooms help make this a great family home. It has no A/C but it really wasn't needed due to its location and lots of surrounding trees. The hot water is on and off a bit but it was warm. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Just loved it."

Although there is a tv available, it wasn't needed nor missed. Staying here made for some quality family time. Coral and Camacho made our stay beyond comfortable.
