Great stay at property.

Our stay was great.Property is clean and well equipped when you need to prepare your own meals.A big benefit is a decent size terrace where you can have a breakfast or take a sunbath.Id reccomend this property.

Hidden gem

If you want to be away from the crowds but still be relatively close to everything and above all stay in Tenerife at a bargain price this flat is perfect. The sheltered harbour is not only beautiful but perfect for a dip. My advice is rent a car and book!

Sehr gute Unterkunft in prima Lage (leider Baulärm)

Zunächst, die Unterkunft an sich ist prima, die Beschreibung passt und der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ort ist wenig touristisch erschlossen und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ein Auto sollte man haben.Leider konnten wir unseren Auffenthalt nur teilweise geniessen, da im Stockwerk unter uns eine Wohnung kernsaniert wurde und somit wochentags von 9:00 bis 16:00 Uhr der Auffenthalt in der Ferienwohnung quasi nicht möglich war. Der Vermieter konnte da leider auch nichts tun. Hätten wir, auch wenige Tage vor der Anreise von diesem Zustand gewusst, hätten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.Insofern, tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage, unser Auffenthalt aufgrund der Umstände eher anstrengend und nicht erholsam. Würde die Unterkunft dennoch empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auf Teneriffa.Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung selbst war etwas getrübt durch Bauarbeiten im Haus.Ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Lage - 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand

Ich war von Jan. - Feb. 2025 für 4 Wochen dort und es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, Inventar etc. ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Küche mit Basis-Ausstattung - zum Kochen reichte es. Großer Kühlschrank mit extra Gefrierfach - sehr gut. Die Dach-Terrasse ist toll, von 8 Uhr bis 15 Uhr Sonne ;) Das große Schlafzimmer liegt direkt neben der Nachbarwohnung (dünne Wände), daher vielleicht Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Hundegebell ja, aber nachts ist Ruhe. Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber ich habe lieber an der Straße geparkt, da genug Plätze, circa zwei Gehminuten entfernt, vorhanden waren. Mini-Market bis 22 Uhr geöffnet - kurz runterlaufen, fertig. Puertito ist ein kleines Örtchen mit schwarzem Strand, wo man gut schwimmen kann - dank Wellenbrecher. Kaum Betrieb. Direkt daneben paar Cafes Restaurants. Toll! Victor - der Gastgeber - hat mir per Nachrichten Tipps zu lokalen Attraktionen gegeben. Top! Vielen Dank nochmals dafür, lieber Victor.

El alojamiento lo reservé para mis padres que estuvieron de visita. Disfrutaron de una estancia tranquila, sin ningún tipo de problema. Estuvieron bastante agusto.

Empfehlung, wir kommen gern wieder!

Die Fewo war Okay. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre gut. Ansonsten alles Bestens. Strand, Einkaufen, Essen alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Great apartment with sunny terrace

We had a really nice stay at the apartment, the sunny terrace is the absolute highlight of the place. The apartment was super clean and had a washing machine, which was great. The parking space directly in the basement was superb as well. If you’re a light sleeper, you have to bring earplugs because the walls to the neighbours are rather thin.

Praktische Fewo mit schöner Terasse

Zentraler Standort für Teneriffa durch gute Anbindung an die Autobahn in beide Richtungen der Insel.Bademöglichkeiten nur 2Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, Infrastruktur sehr gut(Restaurants, Supermarkt etc).Komminkation mit Vermieter sehr gut!!!

Penthouse Wohnung in Puertito Güimar

Wir waren 9 Wochen in Puertito. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, eine große Terrasse, die Küche ist etwas klein. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Viktor ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und sehr netter Vermieter. Er war sofort zur Stelle, wenn man einen Wunsch hatte. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auf jeden Fall werden wir wiederkommen.

Wohnung mit schönen Balkon

Der Kontakt mit Victor war sehr gut. Schöne saubere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer. Der grosse sonnige Balkon mit bequemen Möbeln und Sonnenstoren ist wirklich einmalig schön. Wir waren mit unserer Wahl äusserst zufrieden. Obwohl Puertito de Güímar ein kleiner Ort ist, sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut.

IMPÉCABLE

Tout de l'appartement était parfait et Victor est très sympatique. Le seul petit problème ne vient pas de l'appartement mais du voisinage. Il y avait deux chiens dans l'édifice d'en face, qui jappaient jusqu'à minuit et recommençaient vers 6h. C'est regrettable puisque la rue elle-même est très tranquille.

Se non si hanno problemi a guidare per raggiungere le spiagge del sud e quella molto bella di playa teresitas nel nord Puertito è un tranquillo paesino lontano dalla pazza folla. Rapporto con proprietario ottimo, la pulizia in generale è da rivedere

Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, geräumiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Appartement, Küche leider sehr klein. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, privat Parkplatz und Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Preis - Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Für die Gegend sollte man ein Auto haben. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen und wiederkommen.

Rustig appartement in rustiek vissersdorpje

Mooi appartement met op loopafstand prima zwemmogelijkheid, bakker, supermarkt, terrasjes en restaurants, gezellige bevolking en behulpzame eigenaar. Dik in orde voor een verblijf op het echte Tenerife: geen hotels in het dorp en weinig toeristen

Ferienwohnung Puertito de Güimar

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung und sehr netter Vermieter. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, man kann sehr schön auf dem Balkon sitzen und dem Meer lauschen. Auch Puertito ist ein netter Ort ohne Hotels, aber mit kleinen landestypischen und sehr günstigen Restaurants.

Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großer Terrasse sowie Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Hier würden wir auf Teneriffa wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.
