"This review goes well beyond the 5 stars. While the Hotel was magnificent, the customer service shined even brighter. We arrived in town after a long 6 hour drive through some hard rain. The city had some streets blocked off due to a student parade and it was really difficult to locate the hotel with my GPS. When I called the front desk to get some assistance, they figured out where I was and ran out in the rain to help me finally find the hotel. Things like this is why I love Portugal so...
