"The location is fantastic for going to Disney. Everything was spotlessly cleaning and the staff was great. However, we didn't have hot water for most of the time we were there - it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast buffet and coffee shop were both great. But room service doesn't start until 4pm and has about 5 available items. It was kind of shocking for a 4 star hotel. It's great to have access to all the Wyndham property pools but people were saving chairs like there's no tomorrow at 2pm...

"The property seemed to be newly renovated. The staff was kind. Rooms were clean. Only problem was the morning of check out, I was trying to shower before leaving and the shower water shut off. When I called the service desk, they said they were aware, however, the problem was not taken care of before I left. "
