"Great San Antonio Hotel in perfect location to Riverwalk and Alamo Plaza. Great Bar/Restaurant and Coffee shop onsite. Alamo is less than 5 minute walk and Riverwalk less than 10 minutes walk away with plenty of food and shopping options. Will go there again."

"Beautiful and impressive mansion like staying inside a castle. I was impressed with all the antique furnitures. That was a treat for me. I was grateful for the talk after breakfast about the history of the place. Downside was that some staff services and the logistics could have been better. The hair conditioner bottle was indeed shampoo. My dietary preference at breakfast didn’t make it to the kitchen staff (or it was ignored/ forgotten). Staff Couldn’t find the key to my room upon check in. "

"We liked the quality of the room and certain employees were knowledgeable about the area. The ones that weren't knowledgeable seemed annoyed at questions we asked. Your website doesn't mention that the parking is billed additionally on check out and it is somewhat expensive. It is also inconvenient as the guest has to request the car be brought down on an elevator so if your forgetful and leave something in the car, it's going to be a pain to get to it.
