"Room was large and clean with a nice view. But even better was the staff, who were over the top friendly and helpful, and who seemed to really care that we had a good stay! 100% we will stay here again. We’ve now stayed in 3 hotels in Sidney over the past 3 years and we won’t need to try any more - this is ours now! (Highly recommend the Surley Mermaid for dinner, which is a 2 min walk away, and caters to all diets, including vegan!) Hotel is in a perfect location with easy underground parking. "

"The beds are so very comfortable. The room we stayed in had an interesting layout with sliding doors to the large bathroom. The hot tub and mineral pools were just divine, situated next to the ocean. The temperature in the larger pool was perfect for a cool winter day. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back in a heartbeat. "

"We loved our stay here. We wanted something far enough away to feel like tourists, but close enough that we didn't need to travel all day. The location was amazing, right across from the water. The cabin was perfect and nicer than expected for a 2 star. Front desk people were so nice and welcoming and the kitchen has everything you could need. The bed, towels and linens were very nice and we enjoyed the 2 person tub. My skin felt so soft after a couple of soaks! My only complaint would be that the toiletries and coffee were basic, I would buy some in town at the market if you want something special. Saltspring has so many unique artisanal soaps and coffees. I think we will make this an annual get away. "
