"One of my favourite places I stayed while in Thailand for a month. Very clean and I loved my private room with the balcony. Great breakfast and the free beach shuttle was great. I did get woken up by nearby cockerels every morning but I didn't mind. The hostel didn't have a social vibe while I was there but I think that was more down to the people who were staying there at the time."

"My favorite stay on the islands. I would recommend the private room with AC. Bed wasn't super comfy, but other than that, it was great! Really cool' chill vibe here, a bit away from the bars and everything but still very walkable."

"The staff were so kind and always greeted us with the brightest welcome. Rooms were clean spacious and the location is great as it’s in 5 minute walking distance to the main part of town but far enough away that you don’t hear all the late night noise. "

"The room itself was great the beds were quite comfy and the best blankets yet. But the washrooms where vile and the surrounding area is a construction zone a real eyesore plus having to listen to the machines."

"It's the typical guest house rooms by the water. They have 2 locations, I didn't know this when I book after my friend book with them. They send me to the other side of the water. We had to carry 2 heavy luggage over the bridge. No elevators to 3rd floor. Room is basic, typical shower without cover so water can get everywhere. The staff are friendly and nice though. "I only stayed in the dorm section as all others were filled. Pretty Spartan with one extension cord on the floor for anything anybody wanted to plug in. Bathrooms were clean."

"Location is good with access to a secluded rock beach. Apart from that, there's several problems. The property is not finished and should not be operating. There's several safety hazards like exposed wires, and nail and screws in areas where you are meant to be walking barefoot. Dorms are on a mezzanine level and at night there's no light or protection so people fall and hurt themselves. This place is a mosquito breeding ground with lots of mudd and stale water right under the dorm. They should...

"The room condition was accurately reflected by the photographs. The venue was kept cleanly, and the pool was a nice addition to hot sunny days. The location is comfortable and convenient walking distance to everything Thong Sala related. We had a great stay and the staff were very accommodating. "I think it's a great place for couples like us who do not prefer going out to the beach or downtown. We wanted to stay trapped inside the villa and rest, and we were able to do just that. Amazing Resort!

"The Briza Resort was amazing. From the location (quiet but only a short walk to some great restaurants) and a mere 10 minute walk to the centre of Chaweng - so suitably away from the crowds but on the doorstep if you the night life. Booked a deluxe private plunge pool - made our holiday. It was fantastic and much larger than what I thought it was going to be. Also a great open space to catch the rays - a private little oasis! Breakfast was ok - standard I would say. Would absolutely recommend The Briza Resort, and thank you again! Great staff "

Very peaceful and smaller sized resort hotel.

"Pool villa had comfortable room and spacious bathroom. Pool was decent sized and meticulously cleaned each day. Staff friendly and helpful. We walked from the hotel (taxis are easily available but tend to be off-meter), though there is one small part of road that floods easily - fine with sandals! "

Outstanding Koh Samui Hotel & Spa

"The Hotel and food were great. Our ocean front one bedroom villa was outstanding with its own plunge pool. Worth the extra expense. Also the Thai Massage at the spa was outstanding. We highly recommend it. The beach fire walker show was very well done. Great place to catch some rest and downtime after travelling several destinations in Thailand. "
