"Basic hostel in a great location. Stayed in 4 bed dorm. My only concern is room had an old style key and it was up to each person to lock the door behind them, if this didn’t happen the door stayed unlocked. The 8 bed dorm has an automatic locking door. "

"Not the most soundproof place. As it’s on the same street with various bars and restaurants, be prepared to have live music permeating through the walls until 11pm. Besides that, the place is okay. Just the floor is not cleaned. "

"It was kinda tough to figure out where the place was given the small sign and hardly noticeable numbers due to the color choice. But after going up about 4 flights of stairs, comes this cozy little spot in the heart of the city. Air conditioner works fine and the food offered was alright. Just don't forget to bring your own shampoo/soap and towel! "

"Staying at The Bed, KLCC Hostel was a terrific choice for my stay in Kuala Lampur. The highlight was the location, as it was in the center of where you can easily access several of the sites you would want to see as a tourist. Surrounding the hostel were several name brand hotels that cost quite more when compared to staying at this hostel due to the prime location. "Didn’t feel comfortable here at all- only female in the whole place for four nights- would have gone somewhere else but couldn’t get a refund and didn’t have the funds. Staff were ignorant and rude tbh. They lived in the dorm opposite I think. Good location though. "

"Very center, food are all around you. Nice and lovely staff. All worked out for me with location, service and reasonable price. This hotel saved my experience. Don't hesitate to stay here if you want a place centralized."

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."

"The stay ruined my holiday. Staff is impatient and rude, didnt even introduce us the place and we have to figure out how to navigate, lock and unlock the capsule by ourselves. There are no welcome drink and breakfast as mentioned. They didnt even provide us towel. Paid for premium price to enjoy low quality service!"
