All staff were friendly and helpful, buggy service to the mall was extremely convenient and save lots of walking. Skybar was an interesting experience and the view is top notch. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, with an impressive array of high-quality dishes from around the world, prepared to perfection. The spa and pool provided a tranquil escape, ideal for unwinding after a day out in the city. The only slight improvement could be the addition of a bar serving cocktails by the pool. Aside from that, everything was spot on. A superb experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Kuala Lumpur!"
