Im disabled guests and they were very patient and kind hearted to me and my friend too. I would like to say thank you to one of their staff who helped me throughout my stay. Her name is Rei Yang. She is very sweet and kind hearted. "

"Pleasant hotel with charming and helpful staff, great cafe and excellent rooftop restaurant. Breakfasts are mega. Wonderful kingsized bed, strange transparent glassed-in bathroom. Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. Many good cafes in area."

"Loved the location, myeongdong market is about 10-15 min walk, surrounding areas with restaurants and stores nearby. Rooms well cleaned. Will definitely stay here again"
