"Excellent Service and comfortable stay"

"Very convenient location with subway stations nearby. 15min walk to coex mall which has Hyundai department store, a lot of restaurants and other stores! The hotel was a little bit old (no smart tv) but clean and the staff were kind and helpful! I will stay here again in my next visit. "

"The room was very beautifully decorated and the kids adored the room. When we checked out today, we asked the reception if we could buy the soft toys in the room, the lady was saying it was not for sale. She then surprised the kids by giving them two small soft toys (from the same theme). I did not notice her name as we were rushing for the airport. Thank you to the pretty lady receptionist for the nice gesture (happened at 5:30am on 28 Dec 2024). "
