"Loved it , quirky and unusual with fab history. Decor was great. Host was excellent and we had lovely cream tea waiting for us on arrival and popped over to say hello and provide some local knowledge. We loved how quiet the location is . "Michelle and Kevin were great hosts, really friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable. The pod was exceptionally clean and well equipped with tea, coffee biscuits etc. It was in a peaceful location and within walking distance to Carbis Bay and St Ives, with its pretty cobbled streets, bars, restaurants and boat trips. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to return for another short break. "

"An amazing hidden Gem. if you want quirky glamping, this is the place for you. Lizzie and Mike are fantastic hosts, made us feel more than welcome. They went above amd beyond. The railway sleeper had everything we needed, kitted out kitchen, communal wash and showers. If you want a peaceful break and dont mind sharing your outside space with Cockerell and beautiful bantams, I would highly recommend. Local village has everything you need and is a 1.5 mile walk."

"We stayed here after dropping teenage daughter at Boardmasters Festival. Very clean, hosts friendly and efficient in replying to messages. Very comfy bed and ideal with the dog. Nearby forest walk plus we travelled a short distance to Mexico Towan dog friendly beach and also did 2 beautiful coastal path walks. Coastline stunning !!!! Would return again."

"I loved my stay (as did my dog, Maisie). It was unusual but really well presented and everything was catered for - the gifts left by Paul and Sharon were appreciated too and I loved that they left treats, dog bowls and a towel for Maisie - a lovely touch. We got caught in Storm Evert and we were safely sheltered in their empty cottage. Fresh eggs every morning from the cluck clucks and nothing is too big a request.
