"Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix...

Just a short walk from the S-Bahn railway station which is two stops from the airport and around 25 mins from Marienplatz in the city centre. "Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a great choice of cereals, fruit salad, meats, cheeses, eggs/tomatoes with mozzarella etc, cakes … a veritable feast. Bathroom toiletries were really good even for sensitive skin. Towels could have been nicer, but overall a lovely and quiet place to stay, with short walk to main line station and Rick’s Cafe where there are amazing staff and drinks! Would highly recommend and definitely go back."

"The staff really make this a wonderful property to visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. No real shuttle service from the airport, and taxi was quite pricey. The room was quiet and the food in the restaurant was very good.
