"I have stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed it each time. This time unfortunately there was a problem with the Hotel not having Hot Water for 3 / 4 days and this meant that Hot showers were not available. There was also another minor problem with the Fire Alarm going off at 4.30am one, this is turned out to be a false alarm, and this was dealt with by the Management and Staff without any great fuss. "The property is perfectly located just outside of the central area, making it easy for walking, dining, parking, shopping, etc. The parking options require a bit of patience given they are a few blocks away and a bit complex to find, but they worked out OK. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a slight difference of 'things included' between the Expedia booking and the actual reservation, so I would simply recommend verifying with the property prior to arrival."

"The July was absolutely lovely. I have OCD and will only stay where the place feels clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed and bedding was clean (and comfortable - I slept like a baby) The staff were super friendly and gave us some really lovely restaurants to go and try (we’re foodies!!) and any bits missing from the room, they sorted in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk. I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap...
