"I booked with them deluxe room with king bed ocean view, they tried to give me garden view and they were trying to convince me it is the best room in the hotel, my friend discovered that the room was garden view, when we told them, they took us to an ocean view room with with single beds, they tried to put the 2 beds togethers with 2 Matterses with 2 covers.
