"Staff are excellent, very helpful & friendly. Esp. when I was checking into the hotel while my husband was driving back to Narita airport to return the rental car in a rush. A lady knowing I have language barrier but helped me by all mean. I wished I knew her name so I can appreciate her more before she took her days off from duty. "ホテルロビーがとても清潔に保たれていてチェックイン時から好印象でした。クリスマスツリーが置かれ、館内BGMもクリスマス仕様になっており季節を感じられたのも良かったです。 客室には広めのクローゼットやキッチンだけでなくバルコニーやリクライニングチェアまで備わっていてとても快適でした。 朝食会場には飲み物・サラダ・パンがありましたが、併設されたベーカリーのパンが何種類も並んでいて思わず目移りしてしまいました。更に、パンの横にはトースターも用意されていて常に温かいパンが食べられたのも嬉しかったです。何種類かいただきましたが、どれもとても美味しかったです。 今回唯一残念だったのが、客室のヘアードライヤーの吹き出し口に埃が溜まっていた事です。どうしても目に入る場所なので清掃していただけると助かります。 今回は1泊と短い滞在でしたが、従業員の方が親切に対応してくださりとても心地良く過ごす事ができました。また機会がありましたら利用させていただきます。"

"This was our fourth time staying at a R9 The Yard Hotel. We found them all great. What we liked most about this one was we had 2 beds. The space is a little tight but worth it for us. They offer you a free frozen meal for each person at check in plus they also have free coffee available 24/7 in the office. Each room has a fridge, mircrowave and kettle."
