"I like how that the check-in/check-out, elevator and room entry were all by entering codes. No hassle of carrying any keys or cards for the room. "The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor. "

"Very friend staff! Everyone was very kind and welcoming. The room was very spacious and comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient -- right across the street from Bayside Station. We tried the takeout dinners from the Terrace Cafe (available after 18:00) and they were very tasty and convenient. We also made good use of the convenience store located next to the lobby. I would definitely stay at Hotel Okura again the next time we visit Tokyo Disney!"
