"We stayed for 5 nights I actually found this Hotel by accident as other hotels were either sold out or overpriced for this time period in tokyo. Yes, it is a bit far from tokyo (about 1 hour) but the hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport,Aeon Mall, and Narita train station. An exceptional value in my opinion. "We stayed for 1 night before our flight the next morning. This is a transit hotel…and is not designed for long term stays. The bed and pillow were hard and uncomfortable. There was an odor coming from the bathroom drains. The shuttle service to and from the airport are convenient but the shuttle from the airport to the airport was chaotic with the driver continually trying to add more people and luggage like we were sardines in a can. "We stayed here for our visit to Disneyland and absolutely loved this hotel! The room was great. Amenities fantastic including the Yuzu bath salts much needed after lots of walking. We ate dinner here and purchased the breakfast- both were fantastic with lots of delicious options. Very clean. Lovely evening welcome lounge with complimentary candy, pancakes, cotton candy, drinks and alcoholic beer and sake. Very safe easy transportation."

"The Grand Nikko Tokyo Maihama Bay is a spectacular property! Truly a sight to behold on the inside. Highly recommended for folks looking to stay near Tokyo Disney. We had a superior room with 3 beds, and it was well appointed and spacious enough for 2 adults, a teenager and an 8-year-old. We had a view of the Bay and of Disneyland and we were able to see the fireworks and light show, and we were even able to hear the music playing along with everything. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, from the front desk all the way to the hotel cleaning staff. They made us feel welcome every time we saw someone. This hotel is very convenient to the Resort Line train station, less than a 5 minute walk. Easy to get to Disneyland and DisneySea, and the shopping mall. The buffet restaurant in the lobby was great - from the staff to the food. I would love to stay here again next time we go to Tokyo Disney!"

Fantastic place to stay.

"This was a fantastic place to stay after travelling for nearly 24 hours. The shuttle is very easy to use and recognize, the staff are super helpful and welcoming and everything you need is on site. I was warmly greeted on arrival with staff who communicate in some English, enough for me to figure out what they are saying. Lawson's is brilliant for snacks or souvenirs, there is also a wonderful gift shop. I ate at 'Serena' and the coffee shop on the first floor. Food was delicious in both places. If you go up to the 11th floor there is a great place to sit and watch the planes come and go. For it's proximity to the airport, you would hear the occasional plane but that didn't worry me. If I ever come back to Japan, I will stay here again. I will recommend it to anyone who travels here too. "
