"Outstanding staff and beautiful hotel. Kim welcomed us and checked us in with the utmost professionalism. There was another gentleman that would be stocking the premium lounge and managing the outdoor patio area. He was so friendly and welcoming. He really made us feel welcome. The cleaning staff would say hi to us everytime they saw us. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. "First trip to Japan, first and only accommodation and it was convenient. Staff were amazing. Beauty room was a decent size as it is Japan.
