"空港近くのホテルなのでしょうがない部分がありますが、もう少しおもてなしに気を使った対応があるのでは無いかと思った。騒がしくしてる客への対応やロビーのわちゃわちゃ感は時間によってはちゃんと対応できてるのかもしれないが。シャトルバスが来てるのか、いつ乗れるのか、ずっと確認し続けないと行かなかった。もっと安心を提供出来るはずと思った。"
