"We had a great stay at the Novotel Alster. It was our first visit to Hamburg. The hotel was clean and always smelt lovely. The staff were nice and everything requested was brought up straight away. The breakfast offering was fresh and lovely and I really liked the fresh lemon and ginger tea bar. You are on the door step of the under/overground which was fantastic and about 12 minutes away from the gorgeous town centre. I had no issues and look forward to coming and staying here again. Thanks...
