"The front desk was not covered by anyone the night-morning of Dec 10th. The sign at the desk stated if assistance was needed to ring the bell that was on the front desk or call a given phone number. No one responded to the bell and no one answered the phone. I was told by the front desk staff on Dec 9th she would be there the next morning to assist me with a change in my reservation however she was not there. "
