"The entire team at the Hanalei Colony Resort were so very kind and welcoming. The condo was immaculate, and the view was spectacular. We had what we were looking for in the relaxation. It is a very remote area, which is exactly what we wanted. We unplugged and it was nice that they do not have TVs or AC running in the condos. The water pressure was great, the kitchen was very suitable for our needs, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer on the other...

"The home is situated on a stunning, dynamic, and beautiful beach. It was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of room as well as privacy for all. Among my favorite details: the hammock between the trees, the outside shower, the well supplied kitchen, spacious living area. This home was a warm and gracious backdrop for our days of swimming, exploring and relaxing."

"Our stay in this magical place was exactly what we had hoped. The location is amazingly beautiful, complete with spectacular ocean surf, sandy beach and beautiful grounds and gardens. Sitting on the covered lanai, watching the ever-changing waves was everything we needed to recharge. And all within walking distance of Tunnels Beach and great snorkeling. "We had the best time staying here for 7 nights. The house is right on the ocean and the beauty is what you dream of when you think of Hawaii. Everything lived up to what Steve posted on VRBO. My favorite was the master bedroom and with the windows open with the breeze and waves you felt like you were sleeping on the beach."

"We enjoyed the location and the accommodations were adequate. The kitchen was good for food preparation with decent appliances. On the downside, the place needs a deep cleaning, the beds and furniture need upgrades. One sofa was visibly old and soiled. No one would sit on it. Fortunately, the management team arrived the day we left with contractors and a long to-do list. Perhaps future guests will enjoy these improvements."
