They help the big group of us get taxis and provided luggage storage after checkout so that we could continue our visits till departure time. They also shared useful tips on good food nearby. The rooms were reasonable for the prices paid. The apartment location was great for visiting Westlake and surrounding attractions. Will recommend this Service Apartment to any visitor to Westlake."

"Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."
