Nice staff. Overall a very nice hotel. The breakfast is ok (eggs loose as I like them) lacks lactose-free options. Nice with pool and sauna (missing a small gym) There is potential for improvement: The rooms are starting to get worn, for example in the Suite, bent hoses in the shower/bathtub feel unfresh, toilet seat unfresh.

Vi havde desværre ikke en særlig god oplevelse ved vores ophold på dette hotel. Tjek in var fin og hurtig med 24 timers service, og der var ikke beskidt. Værelset derimod var ekstremt skuffende. Vi havde booket en junior suite, men værelset vi fik indeholdt ikke de elementer som var beskrevet på hjemmesiden (fx manglede en sofa, og sengen var ikke en dobbeltseng men to enkeltsenge sat ved siden af hinanden), det billede på hjemmesiden der viste hvordan et standard værelse så ud var taget fra vores værelse (som jo skulle være en junior suite) og yderligere var værelset i utrolig dårlig stand hvor fx masonitten på badeværelsesmøblerne var helt svulmet op. Vi gik med det samme til receptionisten, faktisk henvendte vi os to gange, men han var meget afvisende og beskeden var ‘hvad troede vi han kunne gøre? Vi kunne henvende os søndag på vores hjemrejsedag , hvor der var en af de faste receptionister’. Det gjorde vi, og da hun hørte hvilket værelses nummer vi havde boet på, blev hun helt stille. Det endte med et par hundrede kroner og en flaske vin som kompensation. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel og kunne ikke finde på at komme igen.
