"This was a great property for the price. The location is great, and the house is fully furnished. The owners are in the process of upgrading, so there are a few things that show their age. Our only issues were cleaning-related. There were obvious stains on a set of sheets, and some bathmats that smelled strongly of urine (dog?). Apart from those issues, our stay was pleasant. "

"The condo was beautifully decorated. The screened-in balcony provided a great ocean and pool view and nice ocean breeze. The king bed was very comfortable. The complex was pet-friendly. "

"Great views of ocean including dolphins surfacing frequently. Had minor issue but communication was easy and issue was resolved quickly. We walked 5K loop several times on sidewalks, low-traffic roads, and retaining wall next to ocean. Deer near roads seem tame. Good restaurants including Seaside Grill (Wednesday shrimp night) and Beedos (Vegan smashburgers) within 20 minute drive."

"My husband and I came down for a college golf tournament and the property was perfect for the 2 of us. The pictures were exactly what the property looked like. It was cleaned and well stocked. The golf cart was great, we parked our car and took the golf cart everywhere we went. A short walk to the beach. Everything was wonderful, would highly recommend this property. "
