"Overall excellent, no major complaints. Lots of space for 4 people with big living area, multiple bathrooms, and kitchen. Very secure feeling in the building, lots of natural light available. Right on a busy plaza which was a little loud at night, but had to deal with it with earplugs since closing the window made it a little too warm."

Only a block away from a very nice plaza with a good cafés and a couple nice wine and spirt bars for relaxing and people watching, A short 1.5 K walk to several wineries. A few things detracted and needed to be pointed out in the listing. You can not drive closer than 100 yards from the apartment entrance and the 12 parking places were occupied by other residents our entire stay. "I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"Teníamos el apartamento reservado para semana santa 2022, habiendo viajado desde desde Barcelona. Tras haber recibido mail de confirmación, haberse cobrado la estancia, etc.. al ponernos en contacto con la propietaria 30 minutos antes de la hora de entrada nos indicó que el apartamento estaba ocupado y no lo había gestionado desde esta plataforma, por lo que nos quedamos sin alojamiento. Experiencia pésima, en la que ni la aplicación ni la propietaria asumieron ningún tipo de responsabilidad....

"We had a lovely stay in Gabriel's appartment. It is in a small village just a short drive from Logroño and LaGuardia. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. Gabriel was a perfect host and gave lots of useful information on places to visit and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Property was located in a beautiful town in the Rioja region. Modern, clean property with a great outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool & grass area out back. Checkin and communication with the property manager was seamless and efficient. Our only downside was the property states it has air conditioning which was a single standalone AC located on the bottom floor and did not cool the upstairs where all the bedrooms are located.
