"I made my reservation at this hotel months in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel late at night with my 3 kids the front office manager told me directly and without apology that she had given away the double room I had booked. All she had was a room with one king bed that I only accepted out of desperation and exhaustion. The room was below average, broken towel rack in bathroom, dirty pictures on the walls and dirty towels in the bathroom as well. I asked for clean towels and was once again...
