"The hotel was amazing, we wanted a relaxing weekend away without the kids and we had just that. The hotel is 5 min walk into Harrogate centre, parking was £15 for the night and I paid this upon checking in. Our room was very spacious but basic. The one and only negative I have is about the pillows and bed itself. The pillows were really hard as was the mattress. The hotel restaurant and bar is really nice, all well maintained not run down at all. Still lots of traditional features but well kept....

"Abit of noise outside room being near lift , but room was enormous, building looks amazing , breakfast was okay , very good for price and in a good location , only downfall is having to pay to use there own car park and it’s a bit of a walk "

"comfortable traditional hotel refurbished. Room on the top floor ok for one night but fairly small made more claustrophobic by the view from the windows being half blocked by the parapets of the edifice. Comfortable bed and great breakfast"

"Lovely old building. My room was spacious and comfortable. It was lovely and quiet. It was very convenient for the convention centre and there was plenty of parking space. It was a little tatty in places. Most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly."
