"We, my wife and our two little kids, 5 and 8, stayed for 3 nights at the Himmlischer Hof in Quedlinburg and we truly had the most wonderful time. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a medieval house, more than 500 years old. It is so beautifully decorated and the owners did such an amazing job renovating it with so much attention to detail that we felt at home right away. On top of that some generous welcome goodies were awaiting us when we arrived. The location couldn't be any better....

Big windows let in loads of natural light, and opening windows allowed fresh air which was nice. The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so...

The location allows for easy access and parking, and then it's a very short walk to the centre of the historic town. Friendly team and good breakfast. As some other people commented, no, they don't speak English - but it turns out the hotel is in Germany, so don't expect it and you'll be fine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and a smile, a few signs and a bit of patience got me checked in very quickly. Great value, would definitely stay again. "
