"Perfect location for walking to the sights or catching public transit. Front desk staff was oriented and very kind and helpful. Despite food menu at the bar area I was told there is no food available (there is a nice cafe for breakfast) so drinks but no food to go with. Nice room - very well appointed with plenty of towels!! Great value for the money!!"

"Location! This hotel is so convenient to Metro and walking distance from tons of shops, attractions, restaurants, and the Grande Palace. The area stays open late. The staff were all very friendly and were able to communicate with us in English and French (the languages I know) Having a kitchen is great. The rooms are a very good size. Everything was clean. Large windows. It is secure at night. The location is in a busy area for activity. We would stay here again. "

"I stayed in room 214 there was thick dust on the skirting boards near the window. They had no butter for toast at breakfast on our second morning which was dissapointing. Lady on breakfast checking in was a little abrupt on the first morning but was better on the second morning. Overall enjoyed my stay. "
