"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"The hotel was situated in a great location connected to many places for sightseeing and shopping or eating. The staff were welcoming and wonderful. The amenities were top notch. It was my first time in Brussels and having a great place to call home base made it more enjoyable. Will definitely book again "

"Excellent location six minute walk from train station safe area, shops and restaurants easy accessibility. Our room is quiet the windows open, which is nice in the winter for a little bit of cold when the room is hot the staff was pleasant had minimal interaction with them."
