"I would recommend this hotel for the price but there are some flaws. It is very dated and does not look fresh. The rooms are better than the lobby. My check in was not the smoothest but not why I would give this hotel bad marks. My disappointment lies completely with the bad service, information and horrible attitude I got from the concierge. I don't know his name but he was completely incompetent, did not know the city at all and even gave me wrong information. He did not even kn ow the museums...

"I stayed in room 214 there was thick dust on the skirting boards near the window. They had no butter for toast at breakfast on our second morning which was dissapointing. Lady on breakfast checking in was a little abrupt on the first morning but was better on the second morning. Overall enjoyed my stay. "
