"Difficulty in finding property. Needs sign at entrance. Very dangerous exiting drive onto lane. Needs a mirror opposite to show lane both ways. Lodge and rooms very small. Trip switch overloads if you use kettle and use cooker same time. However, my tel contact and personal contact with the gentleman owner was very convivial. "

"My partner and I loved our stay at the Garden room. It was immaculately clean, welcoming and cozy. It was perfect for our mini break. The hot tub was amazing and was wonderful to star gazing. We loved all of beautiful touches like the garden room robes to the delicious hamper. Would definitely recommend!!"

Danny Cottage - Country Cottage Near Brighton

7.2 out of 10, Good, (10)
"Exactly as described. A lovely English cottage in rural surroundings, but close to all the amenities of Hurstpierpoint and a short drive from Brighton. Comfortable living and dining rooms, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Loved the crisp white linen sheets, the huge bath towels and the nice hot showers. Toys and books for our 4 year old grandson, lovely artwork on the walls, we felt totally at home and loved staying here. We felt as though the hosts really cared about us and hadn’t skimped...
