"Busy hotel. Great location but a little confusing layout. Parking expensive but on site. Large comfortable room with excellent shower and aircon. Nice pool / spa if a little busy. Phone in room didn’t work. Great breakfast."

"This hotel was so pleasant to be in and the staff was so helpful that we cancelled our night out in Brighton and ate there. The food was excellent. You pay more for a pint but it’s worth it for the surroundings and atmosphere. "

"The Old Ship is a lovely hotel. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. It was hot and too noisy to have the windows open but the room had a ceiling fan which was remarkably effective. The breakfast was lovely and my veggie dishes had to be ordered especially but came super quick. My only moan is that in the room we only had 4 teabags and 4 pots of milk. No herbal tea. "
