I loved having an apartment for the week Instead of a small hotel room or a much larger house to take care of… It was vacation time for fun!! "This location is exactly as it is described. The sunset views from the balcony are breathtaking and it really is only a 5-10 minute walk across the street to the ocean-side. Close to restaurants and shopping, it’s probably one of the best spots in Avon. Close to your checkin date, you’ll receive a very helpful and detailed document about the property and the area. It really left no questions at all. Highly recommend!"

"Our over all stay was wonderful. The villa had everything we needed. It was an easy short walk over to the beach. We would stay here again. It would have been nice though to be given a heads up that the outside of the building is being renovated. (Which will look nice when its completed)"

We were pleased to find the kitchen well stocked since my wife and I enjoy going to the seafood market and having fresh seafood. The unit is close to the village and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and activities. The Blue Heron Realty team were extremely helpful in answering questions prior to check-in and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay....

The walk to the beach was easy enough even carrying the usual too much stuff. The location in Avon is ideal. It was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. "Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property."
